Hello and, @Raztaman: This topic is over 2 years old and is based on a very outdated program version. For the record: notifications are currently 'all or none' (enabled or disabled) in version 2. More granular user control will be forthcoming in a future release. Moreover, the notifications mean that MBAM is doing its job -- if you are seeing a LOT of them (especially IP blocks with no browser open) it could be a sign of infection. HAVING said all that.

Too bad MBAM fails to open almost on a daily basis (in which case it needs to be totally re-installed) and the chameleon feature does nothing in helping to get it open again. If this is caused by malware, MBAM isn't detecting it at all. Also the blocking notifications are unbearably annoying, especially that the OPTION HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT!!! If you ask me, almost any other av could be made better than MBAM (not that they are), because the program is just falling flat these days and not living up to its reputation at all, at the very least in my experience. You could also opt out of sharing anonymous data that is used to make BitDefender better. BitDefender is the best antivirus which is most effective on the more classic type of malware like a worm, Trojan horse, and keyloggers.
