We are having trouble with users who wish to connect their own private office 365 account automatically on a Domain joined Windows 7 client in Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016. In our Domain we have our own Exchange 2016 server. Shouldnt this be possible?! As soon as we deactivate IPv6 on Client Network Adapter, we are able to ping and also able to add new Account in Outlook and establish a connection to onmicrosoft.com mailbox and calendar. BUT After restarting Outlook, it prompts user for credentials continuously and doesn’t stop. I tried deleting user credentials from Control Panel – Credential Manager. Nothing changes.

And now I can't set up that one account ( 365 Office Account ). I tried disabling IPV6: 1. Disabled by downloading the disable IPV6 link: 2. Tried outlook setup, no luck. Tried again to set up outlook, no luck. I think when I originally got it to work I was running Windows Anniversary update prior to setting up Outlook and updated to creators later.
