Most of the business professionals has highly recommended Skype screen sharing for their business purposes, but on other end we see the problem of screen sharing not working properly. I have looked for some of the solutions to this problem of screen sharing. Skype problem is fixed, her is some steps on my video enjoy:). After quitting Skype, I see 3 connections still there about 20 seconds after quitting. Two of them use port 443 (status LastAck and FinWait1), the other is on a high port (12k+), status FinWait1. I suppose Skype for Business Web App is opened automatically after clicking the link so that you are not redirected to website to get Skype Meetings App. Please delete Skype for Business Web App from Finder> Applications and re-boot Mac. Then click the meeting link from email, and it would open a website from borwser, you may follow the instruction of the website to install Skype Meetings App.
Thanks for the response. As stated in the original post: Rebooting the Visual+ will return it to normal function for a period of time but usually within the same day I will find it with the black screen again. The Visual+ will work without issue after a power cycle but at some point I will discover or a user will report that it is no longer working. When the black screen appears, the self view from the Logitec camera will still display. I would guess that if the HDMI cord were bad I would not see the self view. The attached picture shows what it looks like.
