My suggestion is to try the last hole, or the tightest setting, for a couple or three days, and see if your wrist adjusts. I suspect it will, but I don't think you will know for a couple or three days, at least. If that doesn't work, you may need to try another band, although this last suggestion is simply a shot in the dark on my part.
